MAGNESIUM BODY BUTTER

Each  teaspoon contains 250mg magnesium chloride. Magnesium chloride is amazing for many different things. It’s been proven to help with restless leg syndrome, sleep, headaches, ADHD in children just to name a few. It is recommended to use daily initially until symptoms resolve and then 3-4 times a week. Personally, I apply it to my feet at bedtime as it takes at least 20 minutes to absorb fully. These are 3 oz jars and a little goes a long way. Lightly scented with a stress blend to aid in relaxation.
